"Starting this group in November 2008 I have great hopes that it will help people like me who are tired of diets and feeling helpless about our weight and health. We have the power inside us to make anything happen if we are willing to work for it. Walking is our first step on this incredible journey to good health.
Get out there and enjoy this wonderful life we get with a walk. No matter where you go, who you are with and what the weather is, you smile more when you have a good walk each day. Walking is one of the best exercises there is and almost any fitness level can do it. This isn't a contest or a business, but about all of us living a fuller and healthier life and helping others do the same.
Start moving in the direction of BETTER HEALTH and don't forget to take your friends and family with you. If you want to walk with a walking buddy or a group, we want this website to be your source for finding real walking connections.
